Website Design Details

This website was designed for a local photographer who specializes with newborns. She wanted a website that was fairly neutral and simple so that it would showcase her work. Just before starting work on her site, she decided to change her business name from Busy Bee Photography to Jessica Southfield Photography. This changed set into motion a rebranding for her company and of course a whole new site. I started with work on her logo, playing with a lot of different ideas. She wanted something that was simple, elegant, and looked great as a watermark. After completion of her logo, work on the site began. I created wireframes, digital prototypes, and then wrote the code for the site. I used HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and JavaScript. I finished the project with some basic SEO.
